Against the Odds: Love and Prayers Brought a Miracle

The Week Before

In the days leading up to my CT scan, fear was heavy. I knew the odds. Stage four cancer in the bloodstream is usually not a story that ends well. Each night, I would wake at 2 a.m., stare at the ceiling, and pray to God for more time with my family. I prayed not for riches, but for another healthy month, more time to spend with the people I love.

Facing the CT Scan

Walking into the hospital, I felt the weight of finality. Would this be the day my life was measured not in years, but in months? I could not escape the thought that the doctors might confirm my worst fears. My body was tired, my voice damaged, but my spirit clung desperately to faith. As they prepared me for the scan, I whispered a prayer for mercy, for strength, and for just one glimpse of hope.

A Miracle Unfolds

What came back was beyond anything I dared to imagine. Each of the four spots in my lungs had shrunk, some by almost half. The cancer had not spread. It was contained. What was once a story headed toward an ending suddenly turned into a story of life renewed. For the first time in a long time, I could say with conviction: I am not just surviving. I am living.

A Different Path

This outcome was not by chance. I followed immunotherapy, as the hospital advised, but I also made different choices. I refused chemotherapy. Instead, I walked a path of balance, combining traditional care with high dose vitamin C infusions, Ivermectin, vitamin D from sunlight, the carnivore diet, and a disciplined supplement routine. Faith carried me through every choice. Belief gave me strength when science alone could not.

A Moment of Gratitude

This past week I was able to attend my cousin’s 50th wedding anniversary. My voice may be broken, but in that room, I felt the prayers, the love, and the quiet power of family surrounding me. It was a reminder that healing is not only measured by scans, but also by the strength of the people who stand beside you.

The Road Ahead

Together, we have won a battle. Now we must continue to fight the war. I have begun physical therapy to strengthen my neck and back. I have returned to the gym. I will continue the vitamin C infusions and the treatments that are working for as long as I can afford them.

Thank You

I believe your prayers and support helped deliver this miracle. You have carried me when I could not walk alone. You have given me the courage to face death and shown me that life is still possible. I ask that you continue walking with me, through your prayers, encouragement, and support, so that we can complete this journey together.

This is my season for healing, growing stronger, and continuing to fight until victory is complete, allowing me to return to work. From the depths of my heart, thank you for giving me hope, faith, and another chance at life.

Love,

Wayne
